If the box above just says vendor click here to
reload page
If the box above still says vendor you do not have VM installed
And need both Files 1 and 2
If vendor is Microsoft Corp and build is 3810 you have VM.
Check these settings
If vendor is Sun Microsystems Inc then check these settings
File 1 is compatible with Windows 95-98,
Me, NT 4.0 and XP
File 1 is here VM build 3805 MUST
be installed 1st
If you are using windows 2000 after installing File 1,
I suggest you go to windows
update for the the Final Security update
File 2 is compatable with all other OS
File 2 is here VM build 3810 This
is the update and it will NOT work without 1st installing File
1
You now need to reboot your computer and follow instructions
below.
Open your browser and click Tools .....
Internet Options then select advance tab.
look for Java (Sun) and uncheck it.
then look for Microsoft VM and check the 2 bottom box
the same as the image below, then restart your browser

Check for Microsoft VM
Go to Start .... then select run you will see a box similer
to the one below
Type in wjview and press OK

If you see a box similar to the graphic below displayed
then check the Settings Here

If you get an error message then go here and
get the Files
