This site supports Netscape 6, and Explorer 6....
Early browsers will read the site but may miss some features,

This site does not fully support the Opera Browser, while a good browser it has features missing, one important one is it does not fully support DHTML (I have been informed that the latest Opera 7 does), hence the tooltips that this site uses to remove page clutter may not show.

You ask why make a site that fully supports latest browsers and not earlier ones,
Answer why use a word processor, instead of slate and chalk, you go with the times.

Netscape has a bad name for some, because it crashes, fails to read sites properly, or just stops with error message.
The main reasons for that are some pages are written badly, If the CSS link in the head tags of this page, could not find delta.css Netscape would stop and say page not found.

Explorer on the other hand would just go sailing on, that to me is a bad thing means you can put anything up and Explorer will keep going, that does not help you in anyway consider this, a child writes .....The site on witch this page is posted, or the night rode a fine white hoarse
do you correct the child for the mistakes, or forget it because you understand what the child was trying to say?.

I do not profess to be at the top of the web site design ladder, more like moving to second rung, but I try to keep up to date, my reasons for writing and asking friends to assist me in this venture is that this site may help someone grasp the basics.
